Supporting Local Communities

We actively invest in community initiatives across Teesside and the wider North East. This includes sponsoring local sports teams and grassroots activities that promote health, inclusion, and community cohesion.

We also support charitable organisations addressing immediate local needs. Recent activity includes a donation to County Durham Foodbank, helping provide essential support to individuals and families facing food insecurity.

In addition, we are proud to co-sponsor a golf tournament in support of BCT Aspire, a programme focused on youth development, aspiration, and positive pathways for young people in the region.

Apprenticeships and Skills Development

We are committed to developing the next generation of skilled industrial professionals through apprenticeships and ongoing training. Many of our apprenticeships are delivered in partnership with NETA Training Group, alongside other approved training routes, combining industry-recognised learning with hands-on, practical experience.

This flexible approach allows us to support individuals at the start of their careers while also investing in the long-term capability of the local workforce, creating clear pathways into sustainable employment.
